A1: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, EuroCard, and EC-Cash at check-in. Most other major credit cards are accepted when using our Cruise and Travel Services in cooperation with CruiseBrothers.com.


Q2: What languages do you speak?
A2: We are fluent in English, German, and Spanish.

Q3: May we copy information and photos posted on this site?
A3: All information, photos, and layout of this site are the property of Germany Travel Services, LLC, its partners, or its affiliates. We reserve all rights with the content presented and ask you to request permission from Germany Travel Services, LLC or its affiliates to use any materials from this site for commercial purposes.

Q4: What is your warranty regarding third-party travel bookings or services?
A4: Like most companies, we are not responsible and do not provide a warranty for third-party travel bookings, products, or services. We have partnered with top travel providers to offer you superb accommodations and quality services. The use of this web site and booking of related travel services constitutes your agreement to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Germany Travel Services, LLC from any liability, loss, claim, and expense incurred. All information, products, and services depicted on this web site or affiliated partner web sites are offered "as available" and "as is" with no warranty whatsoever.

Q5: What do your Cruise and Travel Services consist of and how can we reach you?
A5: Germany Travel Services, LLC is a Cruise Specialist and Travel Associate Agent for CruiseBrothers.com. The company offers a complete on-line travel booking service for cruise and shore excursions, airline tickets, auto rentals, and land vacations. Germany bus tours, private area tours, and featured vacation apartments are also available by emailing us directly. Q6: What are your tours within Germany like?  
A6: We offer personalized tours and transportation within Germany. In cooperation with our travel partners, our pledge is to ensure that you are not rushed around and have enough time to enjoy sightseeing and dining. Please email or call us to request a quote for your travel requirements. The total cost of each Germany tour package includes the cost of the driver and vehicle expenses.

Q7: We would like to explore Germany on our own, Do you offer a personalized Germany vacation planning service?
A7: Yes, we do. The cost of the planning service is 199,00€ for a personalized vacation plan which includes a portfolio of maps and guides. This service will save you money with top recommendations and directions on where to visit, sightsee, and dine. We will work with you prior to your arrival to develop a personalized vacation travel plan and assist you with making or changing any travel plans with our expert advise. Please email or call us to request your personalized vacation plan at least 21 days prior to your vacation to allow for the proper coordination of your travel itinerary.

Q8: Do you offer limousine and/or airport shuttle services?
A8: Yes, we do through our partners. Simply email or call us to arrange limousine service or airport shuttle services. You may also book car rentals by clicking on the Cruise & Travel Service navigation button.

FEWO GARDENVIEW APARMENTS BY BAD KISSINGEN

Q9: We are interested in staying at the featured GardenView Apartments by Bad Kissingen. Do you have travel brochures of area sights, towns, and cities available?
A9: Yes, we do. You may take any brochure with you that is not marked äs the house copy. Some brochures require a small fee to replace. We have a tour booklet of the Franken region of Bavaria which would help you to venture out on your own.

Q10: When are the check-in and check-out times?
A10: Check-in is between 2-8pm (1400-2000) and checkout is no later 11am (1100). Please do email or call us to coordinate your arrival time.

Q11: What identification do we need at check-in?
A11: Passport and/or national identity card for registration purposes. 

Q12: Is there a deposit required for booking an apartment, damage, breakage, and/or loss of keys?
A12: We may ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit on a case-by-case basis. You are responsible for the damage to the dwelling, breakage of any stocked item in the apartments, and the immediate replacement cost of any lost key and related locksmith services. We will require an immediate cash payment to replace lost key(s) and door lock drums.

Q13: Do you provide discounts?
A13: We may offer promotional rates from time to time when booking apartments directly with the owners. Promotions may not be combined with any other offers, last minute deals, or the business rates.

Q15: How soon should we book our apartment accommodations?
A15: We urge you to reserve and book your accommodations as soon as possible especially for stays during holidays. If the GardenView Apartments are not available, you are welcomed to search for comparable accommodations within our FeWo Apartment Network.


Q16: What is the cancellation policy for my apartment reservation?
A16: No payment is due if you cancel your reservation in writing at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. This policy does not include the refund of non-refundable deposits. We suggest that guests carry travel insurance in case of cancellations due to emergencies or illness. 

Q17: When is the payment for my booked apartment due?
A17: As part of our express check-in and check-out policy, we will process payments at check-in unless coordinated otherwise, Please have a major credit card or have cash available at check-in.

Q18: Do you have internet connectivity?
A18: Yes, we do. We offer Free WLAN wireless internet using our secure VoIP cable modem and your computer notebook. We also offer the convenience of a secure wireless internet stick for €6,00 per day with a signed deposit statement on file in case of a loss.

Q19: Do you offer dry cleaning or laundry services?
A19: We offer a dry cleaning and laundry service to our business, spa, and long-term guests. The use of our laundry wash facilities is included under the PCS TDY TLA Offer or when booking a Business Apartment. 

Q20: Do you have a crib bed available for our baby?
A20: Yes, we have a comfortable travel bed available upon request for babies 2 years and under.

Q21: May we have friends over to visit us at the GardenView Apartments?
A21: Yes, we ask that you observe the local residential quiet hours of 10pm to 6am whether outdoors or indoors. There is an additional charge of 12,00 Euros per night for each additional guest.

Q22: May we smoke and consume alcohol within the premises?
A22: Smoking is prohibited within the apartments and subject to a 400€ cleaning fine. Please smoke outdoors and use the ashtray in our designated smoking areas. Please consume alcohol beverages with moderation. Any illegal or disorderly activities will not be tolerated and reported to the local authorities immediately. In case of such an unfortunate event, we will ask you to vacate the premises.

Q23: What happens if my reserved apartment accommodation is over-booked?
A23: We will offer you a comparable apartment accommodation in our apart hotel or assist you in securing an accommodation at a partner hotel or vacation apartment within our network.
